Monsieur Carles' gracious high-ceilinged house continues today as Les Mimosas, a Chambre d'Hote at the centre of one of the most beautiful medieval villages in the South of France offering traditional Languedoc hospitality and fresh French country cuisine. "Le Petit Nice" The stunning village of Roquebrun has a gentle micro climate of such balmy warmth that it is known as "Le Petit Nice". It is sheltered by the purple hills of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park to the north and warmed by the south facing aspect of the natural amphitheatre of village streets sloping down to the River Orb.
